Holdshort.com is a complete aircraft scheduling and fleet management solution for Aircraft Clubs, Flight Schools, Corporate Aviation, and other aviation entities.

Our system clearly shows the day’s schedule with each aircraft’s blocked time with the user’s name (or purpose) clearly depicted.  Administrators may add users to the club to access the schedule and book aircraft in accordance with their aircraft permissions.  Instructors (if any) may simultaneously be scheduled with the aircraft in a unique and easy to use fashion.

Our Maintenance Management features are also very robust.  Administrators or Maintenance personnel may keep track of all squawks online as Pilots report them.  Hobbs/Tach Times are capable of being tracked on an ongoing basis (each appointment may be completed and times are updated on a rolling basis, or periodically using the last completed reservation). 100 Hour inspections (if applicable) may be tracked as well.  All other maintenance inspections are capable of being tracked – including Annual Inspection, Pitot/Static Inspection, ELT Inspection and any other date or hourly driven inspection.
